My own spiritual journey led me through layers of healing, self-discovery, and awakening—expanding my practice into Reiki, breathwork, intuitive guidance, spiritual rituals, and sacred ceremonies. These offerings are lovingly woven together to create a safe, nurturing space for release, restoration, and soul remembrance.

As a healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience, I hold a profound reverence for those who give so much of themselves to others. My heart is especially devoted to guiding female healthcare professionals who feel called to their work yet find themselves carrying the weight of stress, anxiety, and burnout.
