Your breath is always speaking to your body.
When life feels overwhelming, it often shows up as shallow breathing, tension and a nervous system that cannot quite settle. This 60-minute workshop is an invitation to gently shift that.
My breathwork experience with Cat was deeply nourishing and supportive. I arrived at the session feeling extremely exhausted and emotionally burn-out from a very taxing day. The session allowed me to surrender and find the deep rest my body was craving.
