During your session, we will meet live on Zoom. You will be guided into stillness as I channel universal life-force energy to clear energetic blockages, soothe your nervous system, and activate your body’s natural healing intelligence. Each session blends intuitive guidance, chakra balancing, and energetic scanning.

Reset your mind, body and spirit with this deeply restorative 75-minute healing experience that blends gentle guided breathwork with intuitive distance Reiki- all from the comfort of your home.

This session is ideal for women who carry tension, emotional heaviness, anxiety or overwhelm and are craving a moment to exhale, soften and return to themselves.

We will begin with grounding, slow, relaxing breathwork that calms the nervous system , opens the energetic pathways and prepares the body to fully receive. Once you are settled into a peaceful state, I channel Reiki energy to clear stagnant emotions, realign the chakras, and support your natural healing capacity.

This transformative 4-week program is designed specifically for women in healthcare who give their heart and soul to others- but often have nothing left for themselves.

If you have been feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in survival mode, this program will guide you back to balance, clarity, and self-connection.

Inside this supportive journey, you will receive a blend of spiritual coaching, nervous system regulation tools, breathwork, energy healing, somatic grounding techniques, and mindset work that will help you release burnout and brings you into a more aligned, empowered version of yourself.

Our work together includes a weekly 60-minute session via Zoom, along with supportive text-message access between sessions: available Monday to Saturday from 4:00-7:00 PM PST.
